This Laguna Niguel home was completely refreshed to enhance its original mid-century modern character. The dark exterior, dated paving and traditional landscaping were replaced with a brighter neutral palette, clean concrete lines, drought-conscious planting and a more welcoming front entry.

The backyard was transformed with a new geometric pool and hot tub, modern hardscape, a fire pit and updated outdoor living areas. The result is a cohesive, contemporary home and landscape designed for relaxed Southern California living.
